Opposition Period 

The opposition period is 3 months from publication date of trademark registration (post-grant procedure).

Trademark Duration

A trademark registration is valid for 10 years from date of application.

Application Fees

Filing a trademark application incurs an official fee of EUR 90.00 for one class, with an additional EUR 30.00 for each extra class.
