When LegalFalcon is informed about violations of the law and/or infringements, the corresponding content will be promptly removed, subject to a comprehensive review. LegalFalcon reserves the right to block and/or permanently remove content made accessible by third parties, including links. MA is liable for third-party content according to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) only from the time of acquiring knowledge of a specific legal violation. MA provides a function in suitable cases to report alleged infringements.
6. Hyperlinks
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents.
